Mrs. Susanne Dolassek and Mr. Marc Mettbach will demonstrate the possibilities and advantages of hygiene sluices for transport trolleys and persons to the expert audience with practical examples. Especially the ProfilGate® aqua model with wet cleaning and disinfection is already used successfully in the food industry.
