Product innovation - AGV guiding rail for synthetic material

Our k-series grates are not made of steel or stainless steel, but of synthetic material. This makes them lighter and easier to lift for cleaning. Due to the particularly fine meshes, passing over is less subject to vibration. This is why the k grates are very suitable for sensitive products that do not tolerate strong vibrations.

The new rail can be mounted on the field. It serves AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) as an orientation / guideline so that they can find their way. Nowadays, many companies already rely on AGVs, but they also carry dirt into the production environment via rollers and wheels. If a ProfilGate® field is installed in their lane, dirt is reliably reduced.
