ProfilGate® aqua in the meat industry

Installing ProfilGate® means: easy integration into an existing room concept, as the system consists of individual trays. The operating sequence is neither hindered nor changed by the cleaning field and no training is necessary. In the meat industry, the cleaning zone is mainly placed in places that must be passed and cannot be bypassed. For example, a strategic position for the system is an aisle leading out of the slicer department and into a clean area.

Wolf Wurstspezialitäten GmbH has already installed ProfilGate® aqua at three locations and thus found the optimal component for its hygiene concept, because the company wants to clean rolls and sterilize them at the same time. The three cleaning fields ensure that the production areas are fundamentally cleaner and can be cleaned more easily. The cleaning intervals of the lift and smoke trolleys have also been extended since installation. In addition, the cleaning zones actively promote the prevention of cross-contamination and the spread of germs.
