ProfilGate® aqua in the meat industry

Installing ProfilGate® means easy integration into an existing room concept, as the system consists of individual trays. The cleaning field does not interfere with or change the operating process and no training is required. In the meat industry, the clean-off zone is predominantly placed in areas that must be passed through and cannot be avoided. A strategically favourable position for the system is an aisle that leads out of the slicer department and into a clean area.

Wolf Wurstspezialitäten GmbH has already installed ProfilGate® aqua at three locations and has thus found the ideal component for its hygiene concept, as the company wants to clean and sterilise rolls at the same time. The three cleaning fields ensure that the production areas are fundamentally cleaner and easier to clean. The cleaning intervals for the lifting and smoking trolleys have also been extended since the installation. Furthermore, the clean zones actively promote the prevention of cross-contamination and the spread of germs.
