A manual left-right movement is created when the Clean Off mats are passed or driven over. This enables us to remove up to 80 % of all dirt with a maximum of three tyre rotations. (Certified by the Fraunhofer IPA Institute)

MECHANICAL BRUSH MOVEMENT

The brushed-off dirt is collected in dirt collection trays underneath the brush grates. This means that the brush strips are not blocked and the cleaning performance remains constant. It also prevents subsequent tires, rollers or soles from carrying the dirt further and further into production and logistics halls.
