The go variant, however, is optimised for work shoes: Their bristles are extended so that they can remove dirt from deeper treads. <p>Clean-off zones for soles are used in the entrances and transitions of industrial production and logistics halls, ProfilGate® offers them in two different series:</p><p>ProfilGate® series b go:<br>The b go series is particularly robust, it has longer bristles to clean even the deep treads of industrial safety shoes. This reduces coarse and fine dirt such as small stones, grit, shavings, sand, leaves, rubber abrasion and dust with at least 4-6 contacts by up to 80 %.</p><p>ProfilGate® series i go:<br>The i go series has the same structure as the b series, but with its corrosion-resistant stainless steel gratings, it also offers the food industry or chemical sector an option where galvanised gratings reach their limits. It is ideal for use in hygienic areas.</p><p>Special feature of all ProfilGate® clean-off zones:</p><p>When our brush system overflows, it creates a mechanical left, right movement that effectively removes dirt from the deep profiles of work shoes. Under the brush mat there are dirt collection trays in which the removed dirt is collected. This prevents the dirt from being picked up again by subsequent people and carried further into the hall. &nbsp;</p>

Are there doormats or clean-off zones for the soles of work shoes?

<p>Clean-off zones/dirt-trapping mats are suitable for cleaning soles in production and logistics halls, primarily to remove dirt, dust and moisture from shoe soles. There are different types of clean-off zones/dirt-trapping mats.</p><p>Brush mats:&nbsp;<br>ProfilGate® clean-off zones have specially designed brush mats with extended bristles that effectively remove coarse and fine dirt, even in the deep treads of industrial safety footwear. The cleaning system collects the dirt in a collection tray under the brush mats and is designed so simply that even non-professionals can easily clean the clean-off zones.</p><p>Textile clean-off zones:&nbsp;<br>Textile clean-off zones are made of special absorbent textile materials such as nylon or polypropylene. They are able to absorb and store moisture and dirt particles from the soles of shoes. These zones are particularly effective at removing moisture and fine dirt. They can be cleaned or washed regularly to maintain their performance.</p><p>Rubber clean-off zones:&nbsp;<br>Rubber clean-off zones are made of rubber or resilient rubber coverings with special textures or studs. These zones are able to remove dirt and dust from the soles of shoes and offer good slip resistance.  Which dust control mats are suitable for cleaning soles in production and logistics halls?

<p>Disinfecting clean-off zones remove germs, bacteria and viruses from the soles of shoes and thus contribute to hygiene and safety in hygiene-sensitive areas.</p><p>Hygiene sluices from ProfilGate®: With the i aqua and si aqua series, ProfilGate® offers a special cleaning solution for hygiene-sensitive areas. They disinfect not only the castors and tyres of forklift trucks, pallet trucks, AGVs and AMRs, but also the deep profiles of soles. There is a tray filled with disinfectant solution under the cleaning brushes. With each pass, the brushes are immersed in the solution and coat tyres, rollers and soles with a thin disinfectant film. This reduces germs, viruses and bacteria by 99 %.</p><p>Disinfection tunnel: Disinfection tunnels are special structures or chambers equipped with spray or mist nozzles. The nozzles spray a disinfectant solution onto the soles of the shoes as the person passes through the tunnel. This method enables effective disinfection of the soles and is often used in high-traffic areas.</p><p>UV disinfection technology: There are also clean walking zones that use UV disinfection technology. These zones contain UV light sources that irradiate the soles of shoes as they are walked on and can kill germs. UV disinfection is often used in combination with other disinfection methods to ensure effective cleaning.</p>

Are there disinfecting clean-off zones for soles in production and logistics halls?

<p>Our clean-off zones are designed to work efficiently with minimal maintenance. To ensure consistent cleaning performance over a long period of time, the removed coarse and fine dirt such as small stones, grit, shavings, sand, leaves, rubber abrasion and dust is collected in a dirt collection tray under the cleaning field. If the dirt collection tray is too full, the dirt clogs the cleaning brushes, which can then no longer move and new dirt can no longer be collected.</p><p>At this point at the latest, the brush fields must be removed and the dirt collection trays vacuumed. The ProfilGate® clean lye zones for soles are designed so that even employees with no previous experience can easily clean dirt collection trays and ensure the optimum cleaning effect of the cleaning fields.</p><p>To make this process even easier, or even effortless for a single person to carry out, we also offer special accessories for the maintenance and extension of our clean-off zones.&nbsp;</p>

<p>ProfilGate® clean-off zones are modular, i.e. they are available in two different sizes that can be combined with each other.
