To ensure that the sensitive navigation of AGVs and AMRs is not disturbed, the finest available meshed grid is used in this series.
To prevent dirt from spreading further into production and logistics halls, the clean-off zones collect the dirt in easy-to-clean collection trays.
They are integrated into the existing transport routes of your AGVs and AMRs and gently clean the rolls with every pass. This prevents detours or an additional stop and therefore saves time.
They collect fine dirt such as rubber abrasion, dust, fine chips and sand in a specially designed collection tray under the brush strips and reduce the distribution of dirt in the same track of your AGVs and AMRs.
All ProfilGate® clean driving zones can be equipped with an AGV guide rail. It helps automated guided vehicles (AGVs) to navigate safely by means of floor markings and ensures an optimum cleaning effect. This is because the rollers always travel over the entire surface of our clean driving zones. This reduces the dirt load on the highly frequented transport routes of your AGVs and AMRs by up to 80 %.
