<div class="size-l">___ Effective cleaning</div><p>When walking or driving over the Clean Off mats, a manual left-right movement is created that effectively removes adhering dirt particles from the walking surfaces. The abraded dirt then collects in the dirt collection trays underneath the gratings.</p>

<div class="size-l">___ The brush strip</div><p>The various details of the brush strips are the centrepiece of our patent. Here you can see which details are important to ensure that the brushes as a whole are more than just a doormat.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The bristles of the ProfilGate® brush strip have been designed to maximise the cleaning effect. The patented inclined position of the Nylon® bristles ensures active mechanical cleaning through friction as soon as they are loaded. The bristle ends of different lengths reach deep into the profiles and ensure automatic and intensive cleaning.</p>

<p>The upper part of the brush body is roof-shaped so that dirt particles and liquid are better drained towards the side gaps to the collection tray. Dirt particles up to a width of 8 mm can fall through the narrow brush body and do not remain on the brush field.</p>

Roof shape

<p>The brush body’s tapered design facilitates larger debris to easily pass and fall into<br>the stainless steel tray below. The combination of the pre-stressed strips and<br>the patented brush array automatically leads to an active cleaning while driving or<br>walking.</p>

Profile shape

<p>The brush strips have a pretension that allows the bristles to extend up to 8.5 mm above the grating. When loaded by tyres or soles, the brush moves down and vibrations occur automatically, which transport the brushed-off dirt down into the stainless steel tray. The immersion also protects the bristles from excessive wear. (Up to 500,000 passes)</p>

Brush shape

<p>The brush body is co-extruded from hard and soft PVC. The hard PVC ensures that the strips are evenly tensioned, as the material parameters only change minimally even when temperatures fluctuate greatly. The soft PVC coating of the head area ensures that noise is minimised when driving over the brush.&nbsp;</p>
