<p>The fact that our customers confirm the outstanding cleaning effect of ProfilGate® clean driving zones was not enough for us. That's why we turned to the Fraunhofer IPA Institute and IBELIN Laboratory to scientifically prove its effectiveness. Here you can find the excellent results of the representative analyses for dry and wet cleaning.&nbsp;</p>

<div class="size-l">___ How the ProfilGate® clean driving zones were tested</div><p>Construction of a suitable test area with an approx. 2 metre long ProfilGate® cleaning field. For dry cleaning, shoe soles, smaller rollers and also forklift wheels were tested; for wet cleaning, the polyamide rollers of a trolley and the soles of work boots were tested. Before and after driving over/walking over the ProfilGate® clean-off zones, swab and pad samples were taken and analysed to determine how the load of dirt or microorganisms changes when driving over the ProfilGate® clean-off zones.</p>

<div class="size-l">___ Dry cleaning&nbsp;</div><p><br>Just a few steps or tyre rotations are enough to reduce the dirt load by up to 80 %. The samples were analysed on an REM-EDX from RJL (PSEMeXplorer model). This allowed both the qualitative and quantitative determination of the dirt deposits.</p>

<div class="size-l">___ Wet cleaning &nbsp;</div><p>&nbsp;</p><p>A single pass over the ProfilGate® aqua clean-off zone led to a reduction in the microbiological load of the bacterial strains by approx. 99%. Mould contamination was reduced by approx. 90%.</p><p>Tests were carried out on Escherichia coli (rod bacteria that behave like salmonella) and Enterococcus faecium (bacteria with high environmental resistance similar to listeria) and Aspergillus niger (mould fungus).</p>

Deshalb ist es unsere Aufgabe, Produkte zu bauen, die Sie jeden Tag nutzen können. Dabei entwickeln wir auf den Bedarf unserer Kunden.&nbsp;</p><p>Manchmal ist das Ergebnis eine nahtlose Weiterentwicklung. Ein andermal bekommen wir die zündende Idee einer neuen, parallelen Baureihe. In seltenen Fällen bedeutet unser Hinterfragen auch, dass wir komplett neue Geschäftsfelder erschließen – oder Altes fallenlassen.&nbsp;</p><p>So musste seinerzeit der Unternehmenserbe August Heute jr. in den 50er Jahren die Herstellung von Schuhmachermaschinen einstellen. Dies geschah zugunsten der Schuhputzmaschine – ein Gerätetyp, den wir immer noch herstellen. Das erwies sich als langfristige Erfolgsidee: Unsere Maschinen stehen in Lobbies auf der ganzen Welt.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p><div class="size-l">___ Schmutzfangwanne in zwei Höhen&nbsp;</div><p>Damit sich der Schmutz nicht innerhalb von Produktions- und Logistikhallen verteilt, wird er in einer Auffangwanne unter den Reinigungsmatten gesammelt.&nbsp;</p><p>Die Wahl der richtigen Wannenhöhe hängt von drei entscheidende Faktoren ab:&nbsp;</p><ol><li><strong>Voraussetzungen</strong><br>Vor der Entscheidung muss klar sein, wie es vor Ort aussieht, ob innen, außen oder an beiden Orten gereinigt werden soll und wie breit die Durchgänge sind.</li><li><strong>Fahrzeuge und Frequenz</strong><br>Welche Fahrzeuge überqueren die Sauberlaufzone? Müssen auch Schuhprofile gereinigt werden? Wie viele Überfahrten finden am Tag statt? Wir empfehlen bei&nbsp; einer höheren Frequenz den Einsatz einer tieferen Wanne, weil mehr Schmutz gesammelt werden kann.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Wartungsintervalle</strong><br>Je tiefer die Wanne, desto mehr Schmutz passt rein und desto größer ist das Reinigungsintervall. Das erspart Ihnen Arbeit, denn die Auffangwannen müssen seltener gereinigt werden.&nbsp;</li></ol>

<div class="size-l">___ Modulares System</div><p>Die Module der ProfilGate® Sauberlaufzonen sind in zwei Standard Breiten erhältlich, die individuell kombiniert werden können (s. Zeichnung). Damit sind wir in der Lage, sie den Anforderungen Ihrer Produktions- und Logistikhallen optimal anzupassen.&nbsp;</p><p>Sie geben uns die Maße der Ein- und Übergänge, in denen Sie unsere Sauberlaufzonen einsetzen möchten und wir stellen Ihnen die richtigen Module passgenau zusammen.&nbsp;</p><p>Natürlich stehen wir Ihnen auch gerne persönlich zur Verfügung, um Sie vor Ort zu beraten und die Abmessungen selbst vorzunehmen.</p>

<div class="size-l">___ Bestimmung der richtigen Reinigungsfeld-Länge</div><p>Aufgrund der Auswertung durch das Fraunhofer IPA Institut und IBELIN Labor wissen wir genau, ab welcher Länge unsere Sauberlaufzonen ihre optimale Reinigungswirkung erzielen. Um eine grobe Abschätzung davon zu bekommen, können sie die folgenden Faustformeln zur Planung verwenden:&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Transportfahrzeuge:&nbsp;</strong>Mindestens drei Reifenumdrehungen reichen, um 80 % der Verschmutzung abzutragen. Das heißt, ihr Reinigungsfeld sollte mindestens dem 3 - 4 fachen der Lauffläche des größten zu reinigenden Reifenumfangs entsprechen.</p><p><strong>Schuhsohlen:&nbsp;</strong>Für die Reinigung von Schuhsohlen sollte bei normaler Schrittlänge jeder Fuß mindestens vier bis sechs Kontakte mit dem Reinigungsfeld haben.</p><p>Natürlich spielen für die exakte Planung die Gegebenheiten vor Ort eine entscheidende Rolle.
