Our ProfilGate® cleaning system reliably cleans wheels and soles all year round. But it can't clean itself - so it needs a little help. Why don't you take advantage of the good housekeeping tradition of spring cleaning to make your ProfilGate® fit for use again? This is the only way it can deliver consistent cleaning performance in the long term. 

Unfortunately, a single annual cleaning is not enough. But it is a start. Remember: dirt collects in the trays. Always keep an eye on when the next cleaning should take place. Depending on the frequency of use, a few weeks or a few months is a suitable interval.

To clean ProfilGate®, lift the gratings including the brush strips out of the trays. We provide various tools for this purpose: Use either lifting hooks or the lifter. The advantage of the lifter is that it is easier on the back. In addition, only one person is required for this procedure. The dirt can be easily vacuumed or swept out of the open tray. Once the grating has been replaced, the system is ready for use as before.
