Loading without dirt ingress

The delivery of goods is basically a source of dirt that is carried from the outside into the inside of the building. Trucks approaching your loading ramps also bring dust, splinters or product residues with the goods. If you drive onto the loading area with a lift truck, the contaminations will stick to the wheels of the truck. Depending on how often you drive back and forth, you carry a considerable amount of dirt into your warehouse, which you then have to laboriously remove again.
It is therefore a good idea to prevent the dirt from entering the building. The loading ramp is the transition area from the dirty truck to the clean interior. Therefore it is also the perfect place for a cleaning solution. The ProfilGate® tire and sole cleaning system can be integrated directly into the loading ramp.

You push your lift truck from the inside of the building over the clean running zone into the truck. As the brush strips in the grates are pre-tensioned and have an angled bristling, the wheels and soles are already actively brushed off during this passage. This is done purely mechanically. So you do not have to integrate a power supply into your loading ramp. The dirt falls into the trays under the grates and can be collected and removed there. More importantly, this cleaning process also takes place when you return from the loading area to the building. All impurities that have been collected are removed directly and your storage area remains clean.
Since, in addition to the docking stations for trucks with loading bridges, scissor lifts are often used for the delivery and collection of goods, it is also possible to integrate a ProfilGate® cleaning field into a scissor lift.
Here the principle is the same: the cleaning process takes place at the border between outside and inside so contamination does not get into clean environments. The purely mechanical solution brushes down residues from running surfaces and collects them in trays for later removal. This has no effect on operating procedures, as cleaning takes place automatically as soon as the user steps on.
